Celebrate Card

Good Morning everyone! Hope all the father's out there enjoyed their day. The holidays this year mean so much more to us now that we have our little one to share it with you. This is the first year we celebrate Mother's Day and Father's Day.
This card I have for you today is 2 tones of pink. I lined up 3 flowers on the right side and glued a rhinestone in the center. I stamped clebrate on it but you can use this as a get well soon card as well. This is a simple yet elegant card as well.
Thank You!

Anytime Formal Card or Invitation

This is officially my first card on my blog. I wanted to keep it simple but elegant.

-This card can be used as an invitation or as an any occasion card. I used brown textured card stock for the brown and I embossed light blue cardstock. And for the finishing touch I added a brown bow in the center.

I enjoyed making this card because it got my wheels of imagination rolling...lol. I haven't made a card since before my little one was born. The last card I had made was a baby shower invitation and my baby is now 6 months..lol. She is now crawling so she is all over the place, needless to say she keeps me busy.

Well hope you enjoyed the card.

Wedding Favors

Hi to anyone who stops by! I'm new to blogging, one of my close friends said this is a good way to share projects with others and learn new things. So I'm giving it a try. I love crafts! I scrapbook, make cards, invitations, party favors, and now hairbows. So I would love to share some of my ideas and hopefully get some feedback.
The first project I will share with you all are the party favors I made for my wedding 2 years ago. I know it was a while ago but I'd love to share it with you all.
- One is a champagne bottle (I bought it at Michaels though I have seen it at other stores) filled with M&M's and coordinating chocolates. I bought the burgundy ribbon at party city and got our names and date engraved on them. I also added an ivory sheer ribbon 5/8" wide. The small rose I bought at a wedding boutique where they made favors.
- The second one is an organza bag filled with wrapped coordinating chocolates with the same ribbon as the bottle, except I added an ivory ribbon 3/8". I made sure to tie the bag with string first before putting on the ribbon to make sure it would stay shut, that was just easier for me.
*I used hot glue to put the roses on.
I used burgundy and ivory because they were my wedding colors, obviously you can use any color you want. I got lucky I found chocolates to match!
Hope you enjoyed my first post!
Sincerely,
Lisseth W.
